

We are now approaching the Lenten Season, when we prepare our minds and bodies to properly defer reverence for Our Savior's Ultimate Sacrifice and the Resurrection. Gethsemane is beautiful, artistic and refreshing praise to Our Lord, performed by dramatic soprano, Deadra Griffeth.

ABOUT DEADRA
Deadra Johnson Griffeth was gifted by God with the ministry of music and sang her first solo at six years old at the Mount Calvary Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Tampa, Florida.
Deadra auditioned for and received a full scholarship to study voice in the studio of Annetta Monroe at the University of South Florida. As a founding member of the internationally renowned Aeolians of Oakwood University under the direction of Dr. Alma Blackman, Deadra toured the country and was a soloist for the choir. Deadra received her Master's in Sacred Music from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, under the tutelage of Dr. Melva Wilson Costen.
Deadra's celestial voice has shared the love of God worldwide, including Guam and the Philippines. Her recordings include "Gethsemane and Calvary", recorded at Songbird Studios in Atlanta, as well as the Grady Rayam Scholarship Video presentations of "Women’s Voices". Deadra’s voice has aired on three platforms: the Angels’ Broadcast Network, the Advent Broadcast Network, and Oakwood University’s station WJOU. She is also a former Minister of Music at the Berean Seventh Day Adventist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
